1. Who we are and what this policy covers
DAOCALM LLC ("DAOCALM," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website to describe products in development and receive business inquiries. Our stated principal office is Wilmington, Delaware, United States. Contact us at contact@daocalm.com for privacy questions. This policy covers the public website and information you choose to send in an inquiry. It does not establish terms for a production AI platform. Any pilot or deployed service will require additional written terms describing its actual data processing.
2. Information you provide
The access-request interface asks for your name, company, work email, product interest, and an optional project description. It prepares an email on your device. The form has no submission endpoint and does not automatically transmit these entries to DAOCALM. If you choose to send that email, we receive its contents and the information ordinarily included in your message, such as your sender address and signature. You may also email us directly.
Please do not send account credentials, payment card data, health information, confidential code, sensitive personal information, or third-party information you are not authorized to disclose.
3. Technical information and third-party resources
When you load this website, the hosting and network providers delivering it may process your IP address, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps, and security or diagnostic information. Your browser also requests interface resources from the Tailwind CSS CDN and the Lucide package distributed through unpkg. Those providers can receive request metadata, including your IP address, under their own policies. External links and your email provider are governed by their own terms.
This website’s own code does not set analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or local-storage identifiers. It does not retain form drafts after the page is reloaded. Hosting and resource providers may use their own operational mechanisms; this statement does not describe all processing performed by those independent providers.
4. How inquiry information is used
If you send us an inquiry, we use it to respond, assess product fit, discuss a possible pilot, keep relevant business correspondence, and address security or legal matters. Preparing a request does not enroll you in a paid plan or constitute consent to unrelated promotional messages. We do not use information entered in this website’s form to run model inference.
5. Disclosure and service providers
Information you send by email necessarily passes through email and network providers. Inquiry information may be handled by providers supporting communications and business operations when needed for those purposes. We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect lawful rights and security. We do not sell website inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.
6. Retention and security
Sent correspondence may be retained as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the inquiry and applicable requirements; this website does not promise a fixed deletion schedule. We aim to limit access and handle correspondence appropriately. No transmission, email system, or storage environment can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. International access and your choices
DAOCALM is a United States company. Your email, hosting, or resource providers may process information in the United States or other locations. Where your applicable law provides rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, contact contact@daocalm.com. We will assess requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. You may decline to send an inquiry or withdraw from future correspondence by contacting us. Any legally available right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator remains unaffected.
8. Business audience and children
This website is intended for adult business representatives. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
9. Future platform use and changes
The Nexus and CineSynth displays are illustrative. This website does not receive production datasets, run AI jobs, or supply production accounts. Before processing customer workloads through a pilot or deployed platform, the parties must document the applicable scope, providers, retention, security responsibilities, and any required data-processing terms. We may update this website policy by publishing an updated effective date. Contact contact@daocalm.com with questions.
1. Website operator and scope
This website is operated by DAOCALM LLC ("DAOCALM"). These Terms of Service describe use of this public informational website and its inquiry tools. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. They do not create a paid subscription, a software license for an operational platform, or a commitment to provide enterprise services.
2. Product development and illustrative demonstrations
Daocalm Nexus and Daocalm CineSynth are in development. The interfaces, terminal activity, agent statuses, workflow graphs, frames, and progress indicators on this site are simulations and visual explanations. They are not connected to a live AI system and do not show actual customer workloads or measured results. Features, concurrency, 4K output, integrations, and deployment options are intended design targets and may change. No release date, performance benchmark, security certification, or current production capacity is promised.
3. Pricing, access, and separate agreements
Published prices and inclusions are proposed launch plans in United States dollars. Sending an inquiry does not place an order, reserve capacity, create an account, activate billing, or guarantee admission to a preview. We collect no payments on this website. Any pilot or purchase requires a separate written agreement specifying availability, scope, fees, taxes, credit consumption, usage limits, renewals, cancellation, refunds if applicable, and support commitments. A 24/7 support option or SLA is effective only if expressly included in that agreement.
4. Third-party models and infrastructure
AWS, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, and other named technologies are referenced as proposed architecture components. Naming them does not imply endorsement, partnership, approval, or guaranteed access. Model availability, permitted use, Regions, inference capacity, quotas, and costs depend on the relevant providers and account approvals. Internal DAOCALM queue priority is not a promise of provider-side priority. An on-premises component does not imply that a proprietary cloud model can run offline. This website does not confer promotional credits or an exemption from any provider’s policies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt or attempt to compromise the site, bypass access controls, impersonate others, send unlawful or malicious material, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the inquiry interface for unsolicited bulk messages. Do not send credentials or sensitive personal data through an inquiry. Future AI use must comply with applicable law, the written service agreement, and relevant model-provider conditions.
6. Intellectual property and submitted materials
DAOCALM retains its rights in the original site design, copy, and materials, subject to the rights of third-party owners and applicable licenses. Product names identify DAOCALM’s development projects; a trademark symbol does not claim a registration. You may view the site and share links for legitimate business evaluation. You retain rights in information you submit and permit us to use that information as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Do not submit material you lack permission to disclose. Sending an unsolicited message does not create a confidentiality agreement.
7. AI outputs and human review
Future generated code or media may contain errors, omissions, unsafe instructions, bias, or material requiring rights review. Any future use will require suitable testing, human approval, and verification of rights for submitted assets and intended outputs. This website makes no promise of unique outputs, error-free software, fixed visual consistency, or exclusive ownership of all generated material. Those matters must be evaluated under the specific service and provider terms.
8. Availability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We may revise or remove development descriptions. Nothing here guarantees business results, AWS Activate eligibility, credit awards, approval of quota requests, or protection against account restrictions.
9. Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, DAOCALM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use this free informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, restricts mandatory statutory rights, or changes obligations under a separately signed agreement. Enterprise service liabilities must be addressed in that agreement.
10. Privacy and third-party links
Our website Privacy Policy explains the inquiry interface and website-related information practices. If you choose to send a prepared email, your email provider also processes the message. Third-party sites and resource providers operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability or practices.
11. Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may update these website terms with a revised effective date. A material change to a separately signed enterprise agreement requires the process specified in that agreement. These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without overriding mandatory protections that apply under other relevant laws. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these website terms. For questions, contact contact@daocalm.com or enterprise@daocalm.com.
