Effective October 22, 2026
DAOCALM LLC operates this website and handles enterprise inquiries sent to contact@daocalm.com or enterprise@daocalm.com. This policy describes information practices for this website and the related inquiry process.
1. Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form accepts your name, work email, company, project scope, and message. The form prepares an email on your device. Its contents are sent to DAOCALM when you choose to send that email through your email provider. Please include business context only and keep passwords, access keys, payment details, and sensitive personal information out of your message.
2. Website delivery and technical information
Cloudflare delivers this website and may process connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security-related events. Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS delivery service receive requests needed to provide fonts and styling. These providers process technical information under their own policies. This page uses no advertising pixels or behavioral analytics added by DAOCALM.
3. How we use inquiry information
We use information you send to respond to your inquiry, assess technical fit, arrange discussions, prepare a requested scope of work, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, this may include steps requested before a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required.
4. Sharing and service providers
Business correspondence may be processed by our email, hosting, and business operations providers acting for the relevant purpose. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or the protection of lawful rights. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies and local storage
The inquiry form and code tabs work within the current page. Form content is not saved by this page to local storage or an advertising profile. Your browser, email provider, hosting infrastructure, or third-party resource providers may have their own technical storage practices. Review your browser and provider settings for available controls.
6. Retention and security
We retain business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain the business relationship, meet legal requirements, or resolve disputes. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry and applicable obligations. We use access controls appropriate to business correspondence and review information handling as operations evolve. Avoid sending confidential materials before appropriate written terms are in place.
7. International processing
DAOCALM is a United States business. Email and infrastructure providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Applicable safeguards and contractual requirements depend on the provider, the data, and the relevant service arrangement.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, and may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact contact@daocalm.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal retention obligations. You may also contact your relevant privacy regulator.
9. Enterprise workloads and children
Customer workloads, model prompts, proprietary repositories, and brand assets are governed by separate enterprise agreements and applicable data-processing terms. This business website is intended for adult enterprise decision makers and is not directed to children.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy with a revised effective date. For privacy questions, contact contact@daocalm.com.

1. Website operator and use
DAOCALM LLC operates this website to describe enterprise AI software and media pipeline offerings and receive business inquiries. These terms apply to the website and its inquiry tools. Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others.
2. Enterprise access and service agreements
Enterprise access is arranged following a technical and commercial review. Any pilot, software license, integration, deployment, or media production engagement requires a separate written agreement covering deliverables, acceptance, fees, responsibilities, and operating conditions. An inquiry does not activate a subscription, place an order, reserve capacity, or create a customer account.
3. Prices and configuration
Prices are listed in United States dollars. Plan configurations describe options for scoping an engagement. Availability, concurrency, infrastructure costs, taxes, rendering-credit definitions, usage limits, overages, support hours, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms are agreed in writing before purchase. Video synthesis credits are platform usage units; they are not a fixed number of finished videos or an allocation of cloud promotional credits.
4. Cloud services and model access
Use of Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, GPU infrastructure, and other external services is subject to provider terms, account access, supported regions, model availability, and approved quotas. DAOCALM scheduling priority applies to its own work queues. Cloud model access and capacity remain controlled by the provider. On-premise components of a hybrid deployment connect to cloud model services where required.
5. Technical references
Code and workflow specifications on this website explain integration patterns for architecture discussions. Running an integration requires the appropriate dependencies, credentials, endpoints, model access, asset permissions, and deployment configuration. Review generated code and media before use, including testing, security, factual accuracy, and intellectual property rights.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, submit malicious code, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the inquiry interface for abusive or unsolicited bulk messages. Enterprise AI use must also comply with the applicable agreement, relevant law, and model-provider policies.
7. Intellectual property and brand assets
DAOCALM retains its rights in its original website content and materials. Third-party technology names remain the property of their owners. References to those technologies describe technical choices and do not establish sponsorship or affiliation. You retain your rights in materials you submit and must have authority to share them. Rights in enterprise deliverables and permitted use of customer brand assets are specified in the applicable agreement.
8. Inquiry communications and confidentiality
The inquiry tool prepares an email for you to review and send. Correspondence is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. An initial inquiry does not establish a confidentiality agreement. Arrange appropriate written confidentiality terms before sharing proprietary repositories, credentials, personal data, or restricted brand materials.
9. Website availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, this informational website and its technical references are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DAOCALM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this free website to the extent allowed by law. Mandatory legal rights and obligations under separately signed enterprise agreements remain applicable.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update website content and these terms with a revised effective date. Changes to an enterprise agreement follow the process in that agreement. These website terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@daocalm.com or enterprise@daocalm.com.
